
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 14 May 2025
To ensure the best experience for all our guests, the following policies apply:
A non-refundable booking fee of $50 is required at the time of booking. This fee will go towards your service on the day.
This fee is NOT refundable under any circumstances. If you need to reschedule or cancel, the amount will remain as a credit on your account for future use.
A credit card deposit is required at the time of booking. Your card details will be securely stored in our Timely payment system.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment: You will be charged 50% of the booked service.

Cancellations within 12 hours or failure to attend: You will be charged 100% of the booked service.

No-shows (failure to attend without notice): A 100% charge of the appointment value will apply.
If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be considered missed and subject to the No-Show policy above. I strive to provide the best service possible and appreciate your understanding.
I know that sometimes life happens and unavoidable situations arise. If you provide notice, I’ll do my best to accommodate by offering the time to someone on my waitlist.
Thank you for respecting my time and that of other guests—I promise to do the same for you. If I happen to be running late, I will personally notify you of any delays.
